Avoid Fear Factor by FACTORING in Bankruptcy.

CFBLA LUNCHEON/WEBINAR: Due to Covid concerns, this luncheon has been postponed to a to-be-determined date. Unlike the TV show, Factoring is not scary, but a great avenue to monetize receivables. NCBJ Behind the Bench: Free CLE Webinar. January 14, 2022 at noon. Consumer Case Law Update presented by Judge William Brown of the Western District of Tennessee, Judge Brian Lynch of the Western District of Washington and Judge Sims Crawford of the Northern District of Alabama. 1 hour CLE credit has been obtained.


TAMPA VIEW FROM THE BENCH 2022: The View from the Bench program, previously scheduled for January 20 (Tampa) and January 21 (Miami) has been postponed due to safety concerns from the Omicron variant. The new dates are May 12 (Tampa) and May 13 (Miami). If you have already registered for the seminar, your registration is transferable to the new date and no further action is required.  

If you have purchased a ticket for the reception in Tampa or the reception/dinner in Miami, those ticket purchases are also transferable to the new date (May 11 at the Vault in Tampa and May 12 at Joe’s Stone Crab in Miami) and no further action is required.
