CFBLA’s next CLE luncheon, Estimating a Personal Injury Claim in a Bankruptcy Lawsuit will be held at noon on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at the offices of Akerman LLP, 420 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 1200, Orlando, Florida. Daniel Etlinger of Underwood Murray and Frank Papa of the Law Offices of Robert M. Geller will discuss the mechanics of estimating a personal injury claim in a bankruptcy lawsuit tand various methodologies deployed by various courts.   One hour of General CLE has been requested.
