CFBLA’s next CLE luncheon, Estimating a Personal Injury Claim in a Bankruptcy Lawsuit will be held at noon on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at the offices of Akerman LLP, 420 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 1200, Orlando, Florida. Daniel Etlinger of Underwood Murray and Frank Papa of the Law Offices of Robert M. Geller will discuss the mechanics of estimating a personal injury claim in a bankruptcy lawsuit tand various methodologies deployed by various courts. One hour of General CLE has been approved.
The cost for lunch is $25.00 for CFBLA Members and $35.00 for Non-Members. Please keep in mind, that if you make a reservation for lunch but don’t attend, you will be billed for the reservation. This lunch will not be live-streamed but will be available to view at a later time on our website. You may pay online through our website or pay at the door.
