The Many Perspectives of the SBRA

In this CLE webinar, the panelists will provide a short introduction to the SBRA, along with the CARES Act changes, and will then focus on the different perspectives of an actual Subchapter V bankruptcy case through the eyes of the U.S. Trustee’s office, debtor’s attorneys, and SubV Trustees.  The panel for this discussion includes: Jill Kelso and Charles Edwards, attorneys for the United States Trustee’s program; David Jennis (of the Jennis Law Firm) and Justin Luna (of Latham, Luna, Eden & Beaudine) presenting the debtor’s perspective; and Jason Burgess (of The Law Office of Jason A. Burgess, LLC) presenting the Subchapter V trustee’s perspective.
