CFBLA’s first CLE webinar in the new year, Debtors’ Insurance Bad Faith Claims:  The overlooked asset that may be worth millions! will be held on January 21, 2021 from Noon to 1:30 pm.  Dale Swope, Stephanie Miles, and Brent Steinberg all from Swope, Rodante P.A. will present a 90-minute webinar and discuss often overlooked circumstances where debtors hold insurance bad faith or professional negligence claims.  They will explain the nuances and potential pitfalls encountered in pursing these estate assets and will address many of the practical considerations.  There will be a Q&A session at the end of the presentation, and they will also provide you with forms and checklists to help debtors and trustees successfully liquidate these assets.
