Bob and Tammy Branson of BransonLaw, PLLC, will present Fresh Start, Not False Start: How the New MDFL Student Loan Management Program (“SLMP”) Is Tackling Student Loan Debt and will cover the crisis facing 44 million Americans who owe more than $1.5 trillion in student loan debt. The presentation will include a review of how SLMP works, current options available for federal student loan borrowers and why you should choose this program; also, a discussion of what is being done with private student loans. Lastly, a look at the recent decision in Rosenberg to consider its effect on the Brunner test that has controlled for over 34 years!
