CFBLA’s next CLE luncheon, New Federal Guidance on Discharging Student Loans in Bankruptcy is a Game Changer (recently announced new guidelines that loosen the strict application of “undue hardship” exception when defending a student loan dischargeability action. will be held at noon on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at the offices of Akerman LLP, 420 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 1200, Orlando, Florida.  Bob and Tammy Branson will be our guest speakers.   One hour of General CLE has been approved .

The cost for lunch is $25.00 for CFBLA Members and $35.00 for Non-Members.  This lunch will be available via webinar to members at no charge and to non-members for $30.00.  Please remember, if you make a reservation for lunch but fail to attend, you will be billed for the reservation.
