Subordination in Universal Towers Case

October 13, 2022 - CFBLA CLE Luncheon at the offices of Akerman - Universal Towers Construction: A case study on mandatory subordination under Section 510(b) of the Bankruptcy Code. Presented by Christopher Thompson and Kelsey Burgess of Burr & Forman. 1 hour of CLE has been approved. 

The cost for lunch is $20.00 for CFBLA Members and $30.00 for Non-Members.  This lunch will be available via webinar to members at no charge and non-members for $25.00. Please remember, if you make a reservation for lunch but fail to attend, you will be billed for the reservation.
